Calvary Home For Children Booth
Simpsonville, SC
May 25 - 28, 2007
As of 5/2/07 we regret that we will not be able to hold any of our fund-raising events at FWA. This is due to the move of FWA to Simpsonville, SC. We appreciate the support the FWA organizers have shown us for the past two years and are hopeful that next year we will be back on schedule with all the events below.
Thanks for your support,
Renee

Joysong Ministries
Bring the children by the CHC booth (Date & Time TBA) for fun and entertainment by Squeaker the Clown and friends. Joysong Ministries began in 2002, when Mike Galloway, aka Squeaker, felt the call to combine his singing talents with the art of clowning. Joining the group is his wife Prissy and friends Nellie Cross and Crystal Rose. Joysong combines music, clown foolery and magic to spread laughter and share God's love through an array of events including church and community events, birthday parties and festivals."

Saturday, May 26, 2007 5 p.m.
The rules are simple. Paper covers rock. Rock crushes scissors. Scissors cut paper. Rock Paper Scissors may only take a minute to learn, but a lifetime to master. Tournament Rock Paper Scissors proceeds much like a tennis competition: game, set, match. The first to win two games wins the set, the first to win two sets wins the match. The winner moves on to the next round; the loser is eliminated. $5 gets you in the game. The champion will win a prize. Children under 12 only, please.

We need lots of volunteers!
Calvary Home for Children Booth (all weekend): We need contestants, teen, miss and princesses, to entertain, sign autographs and pose for pictures. We also need volunteers, perhaps contestants’ moms or committee members, to help with face-painting. No experience required. We do easy designs. We will also be selling tickets for the balloon release/race and signing up participants for the Rai$ing Race Family Edition.
Dunking Booth (all weekend): We need volunteers, anyone willing to get wet! This promises to be a lot of fun and also very profitable. There is also a spot here for Palmetto Princesses or other children to help collect the balls and return them to the front. They can even get wet, too, if they want.
Little Miss Freedom Weekend Aloft (Saturday): We could use entertainers and backstage moms.
Sit for Stephanie 2007 (Saturday & Sunday): We need participants to collect donations for CHC before and during event. Although we encourage you to collect donations before the event, it is definitely not a requirement to participate.
Rai$ing Race Family Edition (Sunday or Monday depending on weather): This will be parent/child and limited to the FWA grounds. We need volunteers to monitor the racers and tasks.
We have added many new activities that promise to bring in lots of funds for our cause of raising enough money to build a home for abused children at Calvary home for Children in memory of Leslie Mazzara. It will take many volunteers to make this event successful. We can use anyone who is willing to help. There is a job for everyone.
If you would like volunteer for any of the events above or for further information, please contact Renee Tollison by e-mail at rtollison@lesliemazzarafund.com. Please use "FWA 2007 Volunteer" or "FWA 2007 Information" in your subject line.
